Employees Leaving The System. Any special fees levied by the Association shall be collected by the Association in their entirety from employees leaving the system prior to June, or entering the system after September; however, membership dues shall be collectable by the payroll clerk, acting as the agent from the Board, only for those months or portions thereof that an employee is in the system.
