Employee’s Obligations. Employee agrees to take all reasonably necessary actions to enable Company to obtain, register, perfect, and/or otherwise protect its rights in Company Intellectual Property in the United States and all foreign countries. Employee irrevocably waives any “moral rights,” or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of Company Intellectual Property, that Employee may have under any applicable law or under any legal theory.
