Common use of Employees of the Engineer Clause in Contracts

Employees of the Engineer. All employees of the Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them and required for the Engineering Services under this Agreement. Any employee of the Engineer, including the Project Manager, who, in Owner’s sole opinion, is incompetent, or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the work required under this Agreement, shall immediately be removed from association with the Project by Engineering when so instructed by the Owner. The Engineer certifies that the Engineer presently has employed sufficient and qualified personnel, and will maintain sufficient and qualified personnel for performance of the Engineering Services under this Agreement.
