Common use of Employees of the Washington Clause in Contracts

Employees of the Washington. State Ferry System who are retired under the provisions of the State of Washington Public Employees Retirement System or who become totally and permanently disabled shall be issued annual passes authorizing free passage for such employee, the spouse, and dependents, as well as for such employee’s motor vehicle and recreation vehicle, including a trailer, on all vessels of the Employer.
