Employees on Fractional Contracts. Employees who regularly work fewer than forty (40) hours per week will accrue vacation in proportion to the rate of full-time employees based upon the number of hours, not the number of days, worked per week.

  • Employees on Pre-scheduled Leave If an employee is on pre-scheduled leave the day of the closure, the employee will be compensated according to the approved leave.
