Employee’s Right to Base Salary and Benefits. Employee shall only be entitled to the Base Salary and employee benefits, if any, earned but not paid through the Termination Date. Employee shall only be entitled to such additional Annual Bonus, if any, which has been previously authorized by the Board of Directors, but has not been paid as of the Termination Date.
