Common use of Employees With Less Than Clause in Contracts

Employees With Less Than. One Year's Service (a) Employees with less than one year of completed service, will receive annual vacation pay in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation. (b) Such employees will receive any annual vacation pay to which they are entitled with their regular paycheques for each pay period or at the employee's option may accumulate vacation pay until the end of the calendar year.
