EMPLOYEE'S XXXX OF RIGHTS. A. No Employee shall be ordered or coerced, in any manner, to submit to a polygraph examination, a lie detector or similar test, chemicals such as Sodium Pentothal, or truth serum or similar tests, by whatever name called, for any reason, unless such member shall demand an examination and/or test in writing.
