EMPLOYER ADOPTIONS. (a) Any organization may become the Employer hereunder by executing the Adoption Agreement in a form satisfactory to the Trustee, and it shall provide such additional information as the Trustee may require. The consent of the Trustee to act as such shall be signified by its execution of the Adoption Agreement or a separate agreement (including, if elected in the Adoption Agreement, a separate trust agreement).
