EMPLOYER ELECTIONS. The Employer only needs to complete the questions in Section 2.2 in order to override the default provisions set forth below. If the Plan will use all of the default provisions, then these questions should be skipped and the Employer does not need to execute this amendment.
EMPLOYER ELECTIONS. Employer shall make certain elections on the Addendum 1— Employer Elections page of this Agreement.
EMPLOYER ELECTIONS. The Employer’s payment election is not considered made for any purpose under the Plan until the election has become irrevocable. The Employer’s initial payment election is irrevocable after the last permissible date for making the election under Section 4.02(A)(2)(b). The Employer’s change payment election relating to payment at a Specified Time or pursuant to a Fixed Schedule is irrevocable after the last permissible date for making the election under Section 4.02(B)(1)(a). The Employer’s change payment election relating to payment based on any other payment event (not a Specified Time or Fixed Schedule) remains revocable for 30 days following the Employer’s execution of the change payment election.
