Employer Eligibility/Participation Requirements and Contribution Requirements. The Employer will be eligible for this Contract if the Employer is determined to be an eligible Employer by CCSB as detailed in the Supplement to this Contract. The Employer shall comply with minimum participation and contribution rates as established by CCSB upon issuance of the Contract and at renewal.
