GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS. I understand that in order to graduate from the program and to receive a certificate of completion, diploma or degree I must successfully complete the required number of scheduled clock hours as specified in the catalog and on the Enrollment Agreement, pass all written and practical examinations with a minimum score of 80%, and complete all required clinical hours and satisfy all financial obligations to the College.

Pupils enrolled in high school during the 2020-2021 academic year may request a Pass or No Pass grade as permitted in EC Section 49066.5, which may be reflected on the student’s transcript and shall not negatively affect the pupil’s grade point average. If the student is enrolled in a NPS and is of secondary school age, XXX will list the course requirements to be satisfied by the CONTRACTOR leading toward graduation or completion of diploma requirements and specify levels of proficiency in basic skills as measured by XXX approved proficiency tests. Standardized tests including state mandated assessments shall be administered pursuant to LEA state and federal guidelines. At the close of each semester CONTRACTOR shall prepare transcripts and submit them to the student's district of residence for evaluation of progress toward completion of diploma requirements.
