Employer Liability for Damage. Upon presentation of a written "bona fide" claim by an employee within 30 days of the occurrence, the Employer shall compensate the employee for the replacement cost of, or repair of, any wearing apparel, false teeth, eye glasses, contact lenses or hearing aids, damaged or destroyed, as a consequence of the employee's participation in the enforcement of house rules, policy and/or Liquor Control Board Regulations. The Employer will be reimbursed by the employee under this section if compensation is provided by WCB, private insurance or otherwise.
