EMPLOYER RESOURCES. As a matter of convenience, Executive will have limited use of Employer's resources for personal purposes, including long-distance telephone, copy machine, vehicles, staff and such other resources as the parties may agree. Employer will also furnish Executive with a mobile phone, personal computer(s), fax for office and home use, and such other equipment as the parties may agree in accordance with the Employer's usual practice.
