Common use of Employer Supplemental Contribution Clause in Contracts

Employer Supplemental Contribution. The Employer shall make an Employer Supplemental Contribution to the Account of some or all of the Participants. For Participants in the prior Employer Executive and Director Supplemental Retirement Plan, Employer Supplemental Contributions shall mirror those contributions provided for in the Employer Executive and Director Supplemental Retirement Plan Agreement. For Participants who were not in the Employer Executive and Director Supplemental Retirement Plan Agreement the amount of the Employer Supplemental Contribution shall be determined by the Employer annually and communicated to the Participant(s). Such Employer Supplemental Contribution shall be credited to the Participant’s Retirement Account to which contributions are being credited for the Plan Year. Employer Supplemental Contributions shall be credited to a Participant’s Account as soon as administratively feasible following the close of each Plan Year.
