Employer’s Liability Insurance. The Contractor shall also maintain Employer's Liability Insurance Coverage with limits of at least: (i) Bodily Injury by Accident $1,000,000 each accident; (ii) Bodily Injury by Disease $1,000,000 each employee; and (iii) Bodily Injury/Disease Aggregate $1,000,000 each accident.
