Employer's Representative Designated to Handle Grievances at Step. 2 The Employer will inform the employee of the Employer's representative designated to handle grievances at Step 2. Where a seconded employee has a grievance the employee will discuss the grievance with the supervisor to whom he/she is seconded. Failing resolution, the employee may submit a written grievance, through a xxxxxxx nominated by the Union, to Step 2 of the grievance procedure.
