Job Descriptions. The Employer agrees to supply each employee with a copy of her current job description. Upon request, the Union and the Bargaining Unit Chair shall be provided copies of all job descriptions in the bargaining unit.
Job Descriptions. The Employer agrees to supply the President of the Union or his/her designate, and Chairperson of the Bargaining Committee with the job descriptions for those classifications in the bargaining unit.
Job Descriptions. A copy of the current job description for a bargaining unit position shall be made available to the Union upon request. When a new classification which is covered by terms of this collective agreement is created, a copy of the job description shall be forwarded to the Union at the time that the Hospital notifies the local Union of the rate of pay pursuant to article (a) above.
Job Descriptions. The Employer agrees to draw-up job descriptions for all positions for which the Union is bargaining agent. These descriptions shall be presented and discussed with the Union and shall become the recognized job descriptions unless the Union presents written objection within thirty (30) days.
Job Descriptions. All employees shall be provided an accurate copy of their job description. When job descriptions are changed, employees shall be furnished a copy. Terms such as "other duties as assigned" shall mean job-related duties relevant to carrying out the mission of the agency for which the employee works. When an employee's job duties are changed, the employee and the employee's supervisor shall meet promptly and discuss the change in duties. A new, modified job description will be prepared following the process outlined in Article 16, Section 3.
Job Descriptions. During the life of this Collective Agreement, the Employer shall prepare job descriptions for all classifications covered by the Certificate of Bargaining Authority. Job descriptions should contain the job title, worksite, name of the department, title of the immediate supervisor, classification and wage level of the job, a summary statement of the job, a list of the duties, qualifications and the date prepared. Such job descriptions shall be presented in writing to the Union. Employees shall have access to a copy of the current job descriptions.
Job Descriptions. A copy of the current job description for a bargaining unit position shall be made available to the Union upon request.
Job Descriptions. The Employer agrees to maintain updated job descriptions for all positions and classifications for which the Union is the bargaining agent and provide the Union with a copy of any revisions to existing job descriptions.
Job Descriptions. 18.01 The Employer shall provide the Union with its job descriptions for the classifications in the bargaining unit set out in Schedule A.
18.02 When the Employer establishes a new bargaining unit position, it shall provide the Union with a job description and the wage rate established by the Employer. Should the Union disagree with the wage rate, the matter may be referred to arbitration.
Job Descriptions. 5.1 The Employer shall prepare job descriptions for all jobs for which the Union is the certified bargaining agent.
5.2 All job descriptions must be drafted in a similar format to include the job title, the benchmark against which the job has been classified and the classification grid, a job summary, a listing of the typical job duties, and the qualifications required to perform the job.
5.3 If the job is anomalous, the classification will be listed as "anomalous" on the job description.
5.4 Each regular employee is entitled to a copy of the recognized job description for his/her position.
