Common use of Employment Accepted Clause in Contracts

Employment Accepted. The Company hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts employment with the Company, for the Term of Employment, in the position(s) and with the duties and responsibilities set forth below, and upon such other terms and conditions as are hereinafter stated.
