Common use of Employment After the Term Clause in Contracts

Employment After the Term. Upon and following any non-extension of the Term in accordance with Section 2, the Company and the Employee expect that the Employee will continue to be employed by the Company after the Term on an at-will basis on such terms and conditions as the Company and the Employee may then agree, provided that Sections 9 through 21 of this Agreement shall survive the expiration of the Term, regardless of whether the other provisions of this Agreement remain in effect, subject to the terms thereof, and regardless of whether any termination of the Employee’s employment is effected pursuant to this Agreement.
