Common use of Employment and Duties Clause in Contracts

Employment and Duties. (a) The Company shall employ Executive as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated by the Board from time to time.

Employment and Duties. (a) The Company shall employ Executive as President and Chief Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and TreasurerOfficer. Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s this position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive Board and shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated by the Board from time to time.

Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated by the Board from time to time.

Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated by the Board from time to time.

Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s 's position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated by the Board from time to time.

Employment and Duties. (a) The Company shall employ Executive as Executive Senior Vice President, President and Chief Financial Officer and TreasurerAccounting Officer. Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Financial Officer or any other executive designated by the Board from time to time.

Employment and Duties. (a) The Company shall employ Executive as Executive Vice President, President and Chief Financial Officer and TreasurerInvestment Officer. Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall perform all duties that are customarily accorded to such position, and such other duties consistent with Executive’s position and that therewith as may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to time by the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated by (the Board from time to time"CEO") of the Company.

Employment and Duties. (a) The Company shall employ Executive as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer Officer, Treasurer and TreasurerSecretary. Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. In that capacity, Executive shall perform all services, acts or things necessary or advisable to fulfill the duties that are consistent with Executive’s position of a Chief Financial Officer and that may otherwise be assigned Senior Vice President of Business Development. However, Executive at all times is subject to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to direction of the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated and to the policies established by the Board from time to timeof Directors of the Company (hereinafter the "Board"). 2.

(a) The Company Executive shall employ Executive serve as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice PresidentPresident of the Company, Chief Financial Officer as well as General Counsel and TreasurerAssistant Secretary (the "Duties"). The Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned devote his customary working time to Executive by the business of the Company from time to time. Executive and shall report directly to perform the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated by the Board from time to timeDuties in a diligent, effective and loyal manner.

Employment and Duties. (a) The Company Executive shall employ Executive serve as Executive the Senior Vice President, President Finance and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by of the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to or in such other capacity as the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated by shall determine (the Board from "Duties"). The Executive shall devote the Executive's customary working time to timethe business of the Company and shall perform the Duties in a diligent, effective and loyal manner.

Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company or any other executive designated by the Board from time to time.

Employment and Duties. (a) The Company shall employ Executive as Executive Vice Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer Officer, Treasurer and TreasurerSecretary. Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall perform all duties that are customarily accorded to such position, and such other duties consistent with Executive’s position and that therewith as may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to time by the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated by (the Board from time to time"CEO") of the Company.

Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Employment and Duties. (a) The Company shall employ hereby employs Executive in an executive position initially as Executive Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer -Finance and Treasurer. In this capacity, Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position report to the Company's Chief Financial Officer, and that may otherwise be assigned shall supervise, under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Company's acquisition programs and financial strategies. Executive hereby accepts this employment upon the terms and conditions herein contained and agrees to Executive by devote her full time, attention and efforts to promote and further the Company from time to timebusiness and services of the Company. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated faithfully adhere to, execute and fulfill all policies established by the Board from time to timeCompany.

Employment and Duties. The Executive shall use his best efforts to promote the interests of the Company, and shall perform all his duties that are faithfully and diligently, consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated by the Board from time to timesound business practices.

Employment and Duties. (a) The Company shall employ Executive as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and TreasurerSenior Vice-President — Management Services. Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company or any other executive designated by the Board from time to time.

(a) The Company shall employ Executive as Executive Vice PresidentVice-President and as the President of Xxxxx & X’Xxxx Education Services, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Inc. Executive shall perform all duties that are consistent with Executive’s position and that may otherwise be assigned to Executive by the Company from time to time. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or any other executive designated by the Board from time to time.

Employment and Duties. (a) The Company shall employ Executive as Executive Vice Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer Officer, Treasurer and TreasurerSecretary.
