Common use of Employment Arrangements and Right of Return Clause in Contracts

Employment Arrangements and Right of Return. 10.1 All Employees are employed on the basis of a temporary period of engagement of up to three years. 10.2 Employees are employed under the Technical and Further Education Commission Act 1990. 10.3 An Employee who was appointed as an Officer with the Department or a TAFE Institute prior to accepting a temporary engagement at the College shall be eligible to return to another position with the Department or TAFE as appropriate. 10.4 Nothing in this Schedule shall operate to remove the right of the Managing Director to transfer an Employee of TAFE to another location.
