Common use of Employment Claims Clause in Contracts

Employment Claims. (a) There are no legal or other proceedings between the Target on the one hand and any director, employee, worker, consultant, independent contractor, third party or former director, employee, worker, consultant, independent contractor, third party on the other hand nor, so far as the Warrantors are aware, are any such proceedings pending or threatened.

Employment Claims.
