Common use of Employment; Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Employment; Effective Date. Effective as of April 1, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), and continuing for the period of time set forth in Article 2 of this Agreement, Company agrees to employ Executive and Executive agrees to be employed by Company, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Employment; Effective Date.
