Common use of Employment; Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Employment; Effective Date. Company agrees to employ Employee and Employee agrees to be employed by Company, beginning as of the Effective Date (as hereinafter defined) and continuing for the period of time set forth in Article 2 of this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the "Effective Date" shall be December 20, 1996.
