Employment; Effective Date. Company agrees to continue the employment of Executive and Executive desires to remain in the employment of Company beginning on October 1, 2006 (the “Effective Date”) and continuing for the period of time set forth in Article 2 of this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
