EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBIITY VERIFICATION. If this Agreement exceeds $3,000 and is for services in the United States, this Agreement incorporates by reference FAR 52.222-54 Employment Eligibility Verification (Jan 2009). This clause is not applicable to services purchased with a commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) item or a COTS item with minor modifications performed and normally provided for the item by the COTS provider.
