Employment Equity Plans. a. Each Department and the Library will establish an Employment Equity Plan. If applicable, Centres will also establish employment equity plans. These plans must outline specific steps the Department/Library/Centre will take to eliminate barriers to employment for designated groups in the Department/Library/Centre’s recruitment and appointment procedures.
