Common use of Employment “Interrupted” Clause in Contracts

Employment “Interrupted”. Where a worker, while remaining in the Service, transfers for a period of more than twelve weeks in any one year to any non- operational position, the employment of such worker shall be deemed to have been interrupted (but not broken) for the total period of time so transferred.
