Common use of Employment Not Affected Clause in Contracts

Employment Not Affected. The grant of the Option hereunder shall not be construed as conferring on Grantee any right to continued employment, and Xxxxxxx's employment may be terminated without regard to the effect which such action might have upon him as a holder of this Option.
