Employment of advisors, etc. to engage or employ on behalf of the Partnership, on an arms-length and commercial basis, risk and valuation consultants, independent agents, lawyers, accountants and financial and other advisors and consultants as it may consider necessary or advisable in relation to the affairs of the Partnership;
