Common use of Employment of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Employment of Consultant. A. Consultant shall perform on-call Transportation, Traffic, Engineering, and related Services as set forth in this Agreement and a Supplemental Agreement (hereafter "Supplemental Agreement"). The Supplemental Agreement is made a part of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein. City shall pay Consultant for the performance of Services in the manner set forth herein and in the Supplemental Agreement. B. Requests for services made by the City to Consultant are contingent upon execution of a Supplemental Agreement and the sufficiency of funding. No services shall commence on a particular project until a Supplemental Agreement has been executed by both parties, and City has notified Consultant to proceed as set forth in Section IV below.
