Employment of Managed Facilities Personnel. All Managed Facilities Personnel shall be employees of Owner or an Affiliate and Owner shall bear all Managed Facilities Personnel Costs. Managed Facilities Personnel Costs shall be Operating Expenses. Owner shall have no right to supervise, discharge or direct any Managed Facilities Personnel, except as otherwise set forth herein, and covenants and agrees not to attempt to so supervise, direct or discharge.
