Employment of Managed Facility Personnel. All Managed Facility Personnel shall be employees of Tenant or a subsidiary of Tenant, and Tenant shall bear all Managed Facility Personnel Costs. Managed Facility Personnel Costs shall be Operating Expenses. Tenant shall have no right to supervise, discharge or direct any Managed Facility Personnel, except as otherwise set forth herein, and covenants and agrees not to attempt to so supervise, direct or discharge.
