Employment of Qualified Personnel. From and after the first date that any electric energy is delivered from the Complex to the Interconnection Point, the Seller shall ensure that its and/or its respective Contractors’ personnel are on duty at the Complex at all times, and that such personnel are adequately qualified and trained, and who have experience as necessary and appropriate to undertake the duties for which they are engaged at the Complex.
