EMPLOYMENT OF THE DISABLED. 21.01 In the event that the Board wishes to employ a person or to arrange for the return to work of an employee who has a disability that constitutes a handicap, as defined in the Human Rights Code, in the performance of any work to be done by such person or employee for the Board, the Board may, with the consent of the Local Union and the person or employee concerned or the parent or guardian thereof, enter into an arrangement which provides for a wage rate, benefits and/or hours of work less than those provided in this agreement. Such arrangement is to be reviewed at least once a year.
