Employment of the Employee. The Corporation shall employ the Employee, and the Employee shall serve the Corporation, in the position of Vice-President, Clinical Research on the conditions and for the remuneration hereinafter set out. In such position, the Employee shall perform or fulfil such duties and responsibilities as the Corporation may designate from time to time. The Employee shall report to the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
Employment of the Employee. The Employer hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts employment by the Employer, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. The term "Period of Employment" as used herein shall mean the period from the actual date in July, 1994, upon which Employee commences employment until the first to occur of the end of the term of this Agreement as provided in Section 1.2 or the date of the Employee's termination as provided herein.
Employment of the Employee. Subject to the terms and conditions of -------------------------- this Agreement, the Company hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts such employment and agrees to perform the services specified herein.
Employment of the Employee. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, and unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided, the Employer agrees to employ Employee, and Employee agrees to serve as an employee of the Employer, for a term of employment commencing on February 1, 1994 (the "Commencement Date") and ending five years from that date, (the "Term"). This Agreement shall renew thereafter for similar terms of five (5) years each unless either party gives the other one year's prior written notice of intent not to renew prior to the expiration of the then current term.
Employment of the Employee. Employer, subject to the terms and provisions and for the term hereinafter set forth, hereby employs Employee to perform the duties of the Vice President. Employer hereby represents and warrants to Employee that the Board of Directors of Employer (hereinafter called the "Board"), at a meeting duly held or by unanimous written consent, has authorized and approved this Agreement. Employee hereby agrees to perform the duties described herein faithfully and to the best of Employee's ability.
Employment of the Employee. The Corporation shall employ the Employee, and the Employee shall serve the Corporation, in the position of President and Founder of the SOLX Division on the conditions and for the remuneration hereinafter set out. In such position, the Employee shall perform and fulfill such duties and responsibilities, reasonably appropriate for such position, as the Corporation may designate from time to time. The Employee shall report to the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation. On the date hereof, the Employee’s principal location of employment is 8 Saint Mary’s Street in Boston, Massachusetts and shall remain within a 50-mile radius thereof or within the greater Boston area.
Employment of the Employee. (a) The Company agrees to and hereby does employ the Employee, and the Employee accepts such employment and agrees to discharge faithfully, diligently and to the best of Employee's abilities, the responsibilities of such employment on the terms and subject to the conditions herein provided.
(b) The term of Employee's employment hereunder shall commence as of July 1, 2003 (the "Start Date"), and shall terminate on July 1, 2008 (the "Scheduled End Date"), unless terminated earlier as provided in Section 5 and 6 hereof. The period of employment from the Start Date to and including the day before the Resort opens for public gaming shall be referred to as the "Pre-Opening Term" and the period of employment from the day the Resort opens for public gaming to and including the Scheduled End Date, shall be referred as the "Term".
Employment of the Employee. The Employer employs the Employee to act as the President and Treasurer of the Employer, and the Employee shall also become a member of the Board of Directors to serve in such capacities until the earlier of his death, disability, dismissal, resignation or retirement. The Employee represents that he is lawfully permitted to accept employment in the United States of America.
Employment of the Employee. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Corporation hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts such employment, to perform the duties described in Section 2 of this Agreement. The Employee’s title shall be Executive Chairman and the Employee shall report to the Corporation’s board of directors (“Board”).
Employment of the Employee. Subject to the terms and -------------------------- conditions of this Agreement, the Company hereby continues Employee's employment, and the Employee hereby accepts such continued employment and agrees to perform the services specified herein.
