Common use of Employment of the Employee Clause in Contracts

Employment of the Employee. The Corporation shall employ the Employee, and the Employee shall serve the Corporation, in the position of Vice-President, Clinical Research on the conditions and for the remuneration hereinafter set out. In such position, the Employee shall perform or fulfil such duties and responsibilities as the Corporation may designate from time to time. The Employee shall report to the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.

Employment of the Employee. Employment of the Employee. The Corporation shall employ the Employee, and the Employee shall serve the Corporation, in the position of Vice-President, Clinical Research Sales on the conditions and for the remuneration hereinafter set out. In such position, the Employee shall perform or fulfil and fulfill such duties and responsibilities as the Corporation may designate from time to time. The Employee shall report to the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.

Employment of the Employee. The Corporation shall employ the Employee, and the Employee shall serve the Corporation, in the position of Vice-President, Clinical Research Human Resources on the conditions and for the remuneration hereinafter set out. In such position, the Employee shall perform or fulfil such duties and responsibilities as the Corporation may designate from time to timetime and as are reasonably consistent with the position of Vice-President, Human Resources. The Employee shall report to the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.

In such position, the Employee shall perform or fulfil fulfill such duties and responsibilities as the Corporation may designate from time to timetime and as are reasonably consistent with the position of Executive Vice President, Information Systems. The Employee shall report to the President and Chief Operating Executive Officer of the Corporation.
