Common use of Employment of the Employee Clause in Contracts

Employment of the Employee. The Employer hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts employment by the Employer, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. The term "Period of Employment" as used herein shall mean the period from November 8, 1993, until the first to occur of the end of the term of this Agreement as provided in Section 1.2 or the date of the Employee's termination as provided herein.
