Common use of Employment Scope Clause in Contracts

Employment Scope. Employment of the Employee pursuant to this Agreement shall begin on June 1, 2020 (the “Commencement Date”) and shall continue through and until such time it is terminated pursuant to Section 4 below, or otherwise agreed in writing. Notwithstanding any term or provision in this Agreement, Employee’s employment with the Company or its affiliates is presently and shall remain solely at-will; provided, however, that the provisions of Section 8 through 9 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Employee’s employment with the Company, for any reason. 3.

Employment Scope. This Agreement sets the terms and conditions of the Employment of the Employee pursuant to this Agreement shall begin that began on June September 1, 2020 2018 (the “Commencement Date”) and shall continue through and until such time it is terminated pursuant to Section 4 below, or otherwise agreed in writing.
