Common use of Employment; Title Clause in Contracts

Employment; Title. Employer hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment with Employer, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive’s title shall be “Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer”.

Employment; Title. Employer Company and Bank each hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment with Employereach, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive’s title shall be “Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer”General Counsel” of both Company and Bank.
