EMU Save Harmless. 78 The Association agrees to indemnify, protect and save harmless EMU from any and all claims, demands, suits, or other forms of liability, or any and all costs or fees related thereto, by reason of action taken or not taken by EMU for the purpose of complying with the provisions of this Article.
