Enabling Services. The MCO must ensure that all services, both clinical and non-clinical, are accessible to all enrollees, including those with limited English proficiency or reading skills, with diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, the homeless, and individuals with physical and mental disabilities. The MCO must also monitor and promote compliance with these policies through analysis of complaints or grievances and appeals, requests to change providers, member satisfaction surveys, and other sources of member input.
