Enabling the Commissioned. Organisation to comply with the Research Agreement The Collaborating Institution acknowledges that the Commissioned Organisation is responsible to ACIAR for the conduct and progress of the Project under the terms of the Research Agreement. The Collaborating Institution agrees it will not, through any act or omission, place the Commissioned Organisation in breach of the Research Agreement.
