Enanta Grant. Enanta hereby grants to Xxxxxx and its Affiliates during the Research Term a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, with the limited right to grant sublicenses as provided in Section 8.3.1(a), under Enanta Technology, Enanta Patent Rights, Licensed Patent Rights and Enanta’s interest in Joint Technology and Joint Patent Rights for the sole purpose of conducting Xxxxxx Research Activities under the Research Program in accordance with the Research Plan.
