Common use of ENA's Rights Clause in Contracts

ENA's Rights. and Obligations under a BaseLoad Contract. During the Term, ENA shall act as Customer's limited agent for certain purposes with respect to each BaseLoad Contract and, in so acting, may exercise certain of Customer's rights under each BaseLoad Contract. The agency granted under this Section 3.1 with respect to a BaseLoad Contract shall be specifically limited to the following: Scheduling of all quantities of Gas purchased; Performance of all notice requirements related to operations and logistics, including response to EFOs and OFOs; and
