Encroachments; Zoning. None of the improvements located on any Mortgaged Property lies outside of the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Mortgaged Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties materially encroach upon the Mortgaged Property except those which are insured against by the title insurance policy (including endorsements thereto) issued in connection with the Purchased Loan and all improvements on the Mortgaged Property comply with the applicable zoning laws and/or set-back ordinances in force when improvements were added.
