End of occupancy is applicable only if when either a) the Resident completes the full contract period and is dependent upon where has completed all contractual obligations, or b) the Resident is assigned within Student Housingremoved for disciplinary or administrative reasons (eviction, violation of University policies, etc.) or c) the Resident has fully withdrawn from the University. End of occupancy requires proper check-out procedures.
