Common use of End of Schooling Clause in Contracts

End of Schooling. 21.4.1 For the avoidance of doubt, this contract shall end at the end of your child's schooling which may be at the end of the Fifth Form if your child does not meet any requirements imposed under Clause 4.6 for entry to the Sixth Form.
