RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION Sample Clauses
RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION. (a) We must arrange for the reconnection of your premises if, within 10 business days of your premises being disconnected:
(i) you ask us to arrange for reconnection of your premises; and
(ii) you rectify the matter that led to the disconnection; and
(iii) you pay any reconnection charge (if requested).
(b) We may terminate this contract 10 business days following disconnection if you do not meet the requirements in paragraph (a).
RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION a) we must request your distributor to reconnect your premises if, within 10 business days of your premises being disconnected:
(i) you ask us to arrange for reconnection of your premises; and
(ii) you rectify the matter that led to the disconnection; and
(iii) you pay any reconnection charge (if requested).
b) we may terminate this contract 10 business days following disconnection if you do not meet the requirements in paragraph (a).
RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION. (a) If, within 10 business days of your premises being disconnected, you request us to arrange reconnection of your premises and you pay to us all of our and the distribution entity’s reconnection charges in advance and rectify the cause that led us to arranging disconnection of your premises, we will arrange for the reconnection of your premises.
(b) We may refuse to arrange reconnection and terminate your contract if we are allowed to do so under the Electricity Industry Code (such as where the circumstances leading to your disconnection have not been rectified).
RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION. Where the Retailer has exercised its right to disconnect supply of Gas to the Premises pursuant to:
1. clause 22 and the Customer provides access to the Meter Equipment; and
2. clause 28 and the Customer has ceased to so obtain supply and has paid, or made an arrangement to pay, for the supply so obtained. In regard to condition (2) above, the Retailer will reconnect supply if:
a) within 10 business days after disconnection for non-payment of a bill, the Customer pays the overdue amount or makes arrangement for its payment; or
b) within 10 business days after disconnection for denial of access to a meter, the Customer provides access to the meter; or
c) within 10 business days after disconnection for unlawful consumption of gas, the Customer pays for the gas consumed; or
d) within 10 business days after disconnection for refusal to pay a refundable advance, the Customer pays the refundable advance; or
e) within 20 business days after disconnection in an emergency situation or for health, safety or maintenance reasons, the situation or problem giving rise to the need for disconnection has been rectified, and if the Customer has paid any applicable reconnection fee. The Retailer will reconnect the supply of Gas to the Premises subject to the Customer Service Code and if the Customer makes a request for reconnection and pays the Retailer for its reasonable reconnection fee.
RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION. (a) Subject to clause 15(b), if you request us to arrange reconnection of your premises and you pay to us all of our and the distribution entity’s reconnection charges in advance and rectify the cause that led us to disconnect your premises, we will arrange for the reconnection of your premises.
(b) We may impose any conditions in respect of reconnecting your premises as we see fit, or refuse to arrange reconnection and terminate this contract, provid ed we are not prevented from doing so under the electricity legislation.
RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION.
13.1 Where we must reconnect
(a) If you are a small customer, we must arrange for reconnection of the premises if, within 10 business days of your premises being disconnected:
(i) where your retailer asked for the disconnection - if we are asked by your retailer to reconnect the premises; or
(ii) in other circumstances - if:
(A) you ask us to arrange for reconnection of your premises; and
(B) you rectify the matter that led to the disconnection; and
(C) you pay any reconnection charge.
(b) We may terminate this contract 10 business days following disconnection if the requirements in paragraph (a) are not met.
RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION. If you request us to arrange reconnection and you pay for all of our charges and all of your retailer's connection charges in advance, we will reconnect your premises in accordance with energy laws. We may refuse to, if we are allowed to do so under the energy laws (suchas where the circumstances leading to the disconnectionhave not been rectified).
RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION. The DISCO shall Reconnect the facilities or equipment of the Competitive Supplier’s BPCs that have been Disconnected under this Article, provided that:
(a) the Competitive Supplier is not in default of its obligations under this Agreement as far as it relates to those BPCs;
(b) the Competitive Supplier’s BPCs meet the requirements set out in the Market Commercial Code, Grid Code, Distribution Code and the Connection Agreement entered into between the DISCO and those BPCs;
(c) Where a Disconnection was caused by the action or inaction of the Competitive Supplier’s BPCs, the DISCO has received all costs from Competitive Supplier’s BPCs associated with such Reconnection and any associated commissioning procedures, including the costs of installing any of the equipment of the DISCO onto the BPC’s property; and
(d) Where a Disconnection was caused by the action or inaction of the Competitive supplier including the non-payment of Use of System Charges or its security cover, the DISCO has received all the pending payments and security cover amount from the Competitive Supplier and any cost associated with Reconnection shall be borne by the BPC, who may settle the same with the Competitive Supplier as per their mutual agreement.
RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION. If a utility service is disconnected for nonpayment of the xxxx, the consumer thereof shall have the right to have such service reconnected only upon the payment of the amount due and a reconnection fee as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges on file in the office of the city clerk.
RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION. (a) We must request your distributor to reconnect your premises if, within 10 business days of your premises being disconnected:
(i) you ask us to arrange for reconnection of your premises; and
(ii) you rectify the matter that led to the disconnection; and
(iii) you pay any reconnection charge (if requested). Subject to us satisfying the requirements in the Energy Retail Code, we may arrange for the disconnection of your premises if:
(a) you do not pay your bill by the pay-by date and, if you are a residential customer receiving assistance under Part 3 of the Energy Retail Code, you fail to make a payment or otherwise do not adhere to the terms of that assistance; or
(b) you do not provide a security deposit we are entitled to require from you; or
(c) you do not give access to your premises to read a meter (where relevant) for three consecutive meter reads; or
(d) there has been illegal or fraudulent use of energy at your premises in breach of clause 16 of this contract; or
(e) we are otherwise entitled or required to do so under the Energy Retail Code or by law.
(b) We may terminate this contract 10 business days following disconnection if you do not meet the requirements in paragraph (a).
